Founded in 1993 by Paawan Gupta, our journey began with a passion for exquisite oriental rugs sold from a modest showroom off Oaktree Road in Edison, NJ. What started as a single focus quickly evolved over the next decade, as Paawan expanded our offerings to include laminate, hardwood, sheet vinyl, and tile flooring—meeting the growing needs of our community with quality and craftsmanship.
In 2006, we took a bold step forward by expanding into a 5,000 square foot showroom, introducing kitchen, bathroom, and counter solutions to our portfolio. This growth marked the beginning of a true family legacy when Sav Gupta joined the design team in 2007. Sav honed his expertise in design over the following years, committing to sourcing only the finest materials to deliver exceptional results for every customer.
In 2022, Paawan acquired our state-of-the-art building on Route 206, where we continue to thrive and serve Somerset County and the surrounding areas. As a family-owned business, we remain dedicated to quality, innovation, and personalized service—transforming homes one space at a time.
